We know that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, that is why we work to deliver the order as soon as possible and with deliveries of 24/48 working hours, from the moment you receive the confirmation email of your order, in the Peninsula . Promotional periods or Halloween and Black Friday campaigns are excluded in which these deadlines are not guaranteed, we advise you to do so in advance given the high volume of orders for these dates.
In order to know when your order is sent, keep an eye on your email inbox. We will send a shipping confirmation of your order and you will also receive the tracking number of your order. If you place the order on a business day before 1:00 p.m., you could receive it the next business day, otherwise, the period is increased by one more day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are managed the next business day.
How does the shipment work and what do I do if I am absent from my home on the day of delivery?
A first delivery will be made and if at the time of delivery you are absent, the carrier will try to leave a notice in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, since sometimes the messenger cannot access the portal or housing complex. After this first delivery attempt, the delegation that distributes your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If in the second delivery you are also absent, the order will remain in the delegation of your area so that you can pick it up at the agency. You can also manage it yourself through the link with the tracking number and have it dropped off at a nearby point to pick it up. If for some reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange the delivery, you can write to us at email@example.com so that we can provide you with the contact information or help as necessary.
Can I receive my order in a time slot of my choice?
You can leave your preferences about the delivery time in a private note in your order details. We know that they do their best to be able to make the delivery within the specified time, but it may be difficult to fulfill it depending on the route of the carrier. Also if you prefer you can select a collection point and go for your order whenever you prefer.
What happens if my delivery address is not correct?
It is not possible to change the address once the shipment has already been made without generating an additional cost. If you detect any incorrect information, contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone that you can see at the location of the store in google. Also this management can increase the delay in delivery between 24 and 48 hours more. Please do not forget to check all the fields well!
Where do we ship to?
We ship to the entire European Union except: Croatia, Ceuta and Melilla, Cyprus, Malta, Portuguese Islands, Greece and the Canary Islands. We ship to Monaco and the UK. Shipments have a cost of € 11. Free shipping on orders of € 60.
Non-working days in our center for the year 2022. On these days no orders are prepared, therefore orders are delayed to the next working day. January: 1st and 6th April: 2nd and 5th May: 1st June: 24th August: 15th September: 11th October: 12th November: 1st December: days 6, 8, 25 and 26.
